le83 Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "le83", "we", "us", "our" refers to the le83 platform and its operating entity, accessible at le83.net.
• "Platform" means the le83 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, wallet services, and promotions.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Wallet" means the le83 PKR-denominated wallet balance associated with a Player's Account, used for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, including submission of CNIC documentation, required for all le83 Accounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or bonus balance awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 9 of these Terms.

By accessing the le83 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on le83, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. le83 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy across all Pakistani users without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of le83 or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account on le83 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or impairment of any kind when registering or placing bets.

le83 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on le83. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9 of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. le83 conducts KYC verification for all Accounts prior to authorising withdrawals. KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), front and back.
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC, taken at the time of submission.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name.
• Where requested, proof of source of funds for large deposits or withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds.

le83 processes KYC documents within 24–48 hours of submission in the ordinary course. During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified via your registered contact details once KYC is approved or if additional documentation is required.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Do not share your login details with any third party. le83 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

All deposits and withdrawals on le83 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals; account must be registered in your own name.
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits and withdrawals; account must be registered in your own name.
• HBL Bank Transfer — same-day processing during business hours.
• UBL Bank Transfer — same-day processing during business hours.
• Meezan Bank Transfer — same-day processing during business hours.
• USDT (TRC-20) — on-chain settlement, typically within minutes; subject to network conditions.

Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated to you within your Account dashboard. le83 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your KYC-verified identity. le83 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraudulent activity.

All sports bets placed on le83, including cricket, are subject to the following general betting rules as well as any sport-specific rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. In the event of conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.

• Bets are accepted and settled in PKR. Minimum bet is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Players may select alternate odds formats within their Account settings.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, altered, or withdrawn except where an obvious pricing error is identified by le83.
• le83 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by an obvious technical error, data feed failure, or manifestly incorrect odds that were published due to a system malfunction.
• For PSL and other cricket events, bets are settled on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Rain-affected results, Duckworth-Lewis outcomes, and abandoned matches are settled per the applicable cricket betting rules published on the Platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to Platform availability and may be suspended at any time during play, including during ball-by-ball transitions, TV delays, and official reviews.
• le83 reserves the right to limit bet stakes for any individual Player, market, or event at its sole discretion, without providing reasons.

le83 offers a range of casino game products including live dealer tables, video slots, arcade games (including the Fisher Game), and other instant-win titles. All casino games are provided by licensed third-party software providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Nolimit City, and Hacksaw Gaming.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and roulette mechanics conducted by professional dealers on live camera.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and arcade titles are available within the individual game information panels accessible on the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stakes for casino games vary by title and by table configuration. These limits are displayed at the point of game entry.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round using the last confirmed game state. Any credit owed following a disconnected round will be settled to your Wallet within 24 hours of the disconnection event being logged.
• le83 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title, as third-party software providers may perform maintenance or withdraw titles at any time.

le83 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account as a separate Bonus Balance and are not immediately withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any Bonus Balance or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements are typically calculated at 20x to 40x the bonus amount. The exact multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only wagers placed using real-money balance count towards clearing a wagering requirement, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless a promotion explicitly states it is a recurring offer.
• le83 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect Players who have already opted into the promotion in good faith.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting across multiple le83 accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the le83 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including to place bets or play casino games.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage on any betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in Platform software, games, or pricing to gain winnings that would not have been achievable under correct operation.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, particularly where such strategies exploit le83's promotional offers.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, APIs, and security systems.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party.

le83 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of Prohibited Conduct, pending investigation.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring Account restriction.
• Player request for self-exclusion or voluntary Account closure under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is closed due to Player-initiated reasons (voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Player via their KYC-verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations on Bonus Funds being cleared or forfeited. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of reason.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, le83 reserves the right to withhold all balances, including real-money Wallet balances, where the breach involved fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or Prohibited Conduct that financially impacted le83 or other Players.

le83 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player base. We believe that betting and casino gaming should be an enjoyable, controlled form of entertainment. Where it ceases to be that, le83 provides the following tools and support mechanisms:

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent closure via le83 support. Self-exclusion is activated immediately upon request confirmation.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits to control the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic notifications reminding them of time spent on the Platform and recent betting activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account suspensions of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days are available for Players who want a temporary break without committing to a full self-exclusion period.

le83 will never market promotions or bonus offers directly to a Player who has an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period. Responsible gaming protections are non-negotiable and take priority over all commercial considerations.

All content on the le83 Platform, including but not limited to the le83 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics provided by le83 directly, promotional materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of le83 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any le83 Platform content without our prior written consent.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms.
• Casino game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to le83 for display on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, le83 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, data feed errors, or game software malfunctions outside le83's direct control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Decisions made by the Player in relation to betting or gaming, including decisions based on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a data error subsequently corrected.

In any event, le83's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits le83's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

le83 collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy.

By registering an Account on le83, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and personalised marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.

• le83 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to Platform operation.
• KYC documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel for identity verification, compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.
• Players may submit a data access or deletion request to le83 support at any time, subject to le83's legal obligations to retain certain records under applicable AML and regulatory requirements.

le83 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — le83 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and notifying registered Players via their registered contact details.

For non-material amendments such as corrections, clarifications, or additions that do not adversely affect Players, changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 10.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which le83 is licensed and operated.

In the event of a dispute between you and le83 regarding any bet settlement, Account decision, or Platform matter, you should first contact le83 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. le83 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days with a written determination.

• Disputes relating to bet settlement must be submitted within 14 days of the disputed event being settled. Disputes submitted after this period may not be accepted for review.
• le83's determination on bet settlement disputes is final in the ordinary course. Escalation options via applicable dispute resolution mechanisms may be available depending on the jurisdiction.
• Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing any formal legal or regulatory proceedings.
